Another busy week ahead. Come see us any day this week. Tuesday’s schedule changed a little bit due to an appointment late afternoon but we will now be open before and after! Ending the week with two great firework events in Republic and Clever! 🇺🇸🧨

The Chop Shop upgrade is HERE and this custom built trailer is dreamy! We can’t wait to get it wrapped on the outside and completed on the inside so it can get out serving you! Our current trailer has served us well the last three years and will be transformed into food trailer #2 for us. The new trailer will be the new Chop Shop trailer and the old one will not be a burger truck but still a food truck. That surprise will be revealed when we get it all done! This could not be possible without all the support from all of you. Thank you for continuing to come visit our small business. We absolutely love serving you all and we are beyond grateful.

Springfield, MO Police Department made the boys’ day today. On our way back to close up our food truck, the boys saw police officers practicing on their motorcycles in an empty lot. They wanted to run to the food truck, grab them each a meal and cold water, and take it back to them. We made them each a Salvage burger with tots. When we got back, they were finishing up riding. The boys walked them over some meals and a cold water. They were so nice and appreciative and they even let the boys sit on the motorcycles for a picture! Thank you for being so kind to our kiddos and thank you for all you do!
