We have exciting news! In conjunction with our previous post, we can now proudly say that we are "BQA Certified", aka Beef Quality Assurance.

Here's what that means for our clients. The training we recieved helps ensure our animals are treated in ways that only improve our final products. We covered everything from their living conditions, how/where we administer injections, reducing stress during handling, to ensuring a peaceful ending.

A part of our commitment to provide 'Superior Ozark Beef' is to continuously improve. Whether it be animal husbandry, pasture management, new products, or the final packaging; we constantly look for ways to be better. This week we had the opportunity to attend the Crops & Cattle conference in Kansas City. Not only a fantastic learning opportunity, but also some fun father/daughter time. After monitoring the forecast and radar, we have made the decision to cancel today’s market due to the projected heavy rainfall and active lightning expected this morning.

Tomorrow, the The 4G Ranch and Heather’s dream delights will be at the Billings Farmers Market from 8:00 - 11:00. You have to stop by so you can grab some of our ground beef and a few of her fresh made sourdough buns. See you there!

For tonight's dinner I made a cheeseburger and smashed potatoes. All provided from the participants of the Billings Farmers market! I made the buns, got the meat from 4G Ranch, the potatoes and onions from our market manager, Bridget Burkey
