Tomorrow, the The 4G Ranch and Heather’s dream delights will be at the Billings Farmers Market from 8:00 - 11:00. You have to stop by so you can grab some of our ground beef and a few of her fresh made sourdough buns. See you there!

For tonight's dinner I made a cheeseburger and smashed potatoes. All provided from the participants of the Billings Farmers market! I made the buns, got the meat from 4G Ranch, the potatoes and onions from our market manager, Bridget Burkey

It's no secret by now that we have been sold out of our original snack stick flavor (Honey BBQ) for a few weeks. The truth is, you all have shown so much support that we simply couldn't keep up. And, because we are so particular and intentional about the beef we provide, "buying a few more steers at the sale barn" is just not an option for us. That meant we had to wait.

But there is good news. MORE ARE ON THE WAY! Starting next week, we'll be restocked with the Honey BBQ flavor.
