I am so excited to announce that I will be offering vegan macarons starting this weekend! Personally I try to gear my diet to more plant-based alternatives whenever I can. After months of testing these finicky babies, I am thrilled that I have gotten the recipe down!
So far, I've been making ganaches and strawberry jam to fill them. But there are endless possibilities - what would you like to see for vegan macaron flavors? ๐ Let me know!
