Here are some photos of the clusters - remember is a descendant of and just like it, it doesn't ripen uniformally. That is one of the reasons that winemakers can interpret it in many ways - from rose to reds in a variety of stules -- elegant versions with about 13% ABV to robust one with about 16% ABV. What will be your choice tonight? Živjeli!

HEUTE möchten wir zusammen mit Euch auf den 1st Internationalen Plavac Mali Day anstossen. 🍷🎉

Diese Initiative wurde seitens und in 🇺🇸 sowie mehreren Partnern in 🇭🇷 ins Leben gerufen.

Mit einer geschätzten Jahresproduktion von rund 5 Millionen Flaschen (rund 7.5% der gesamten kroatischen Weinproduktion) möchten auch wir dazu beitragen und dieser autochthonen Traubensorte den nötigen Respekt zollen.

Weitere Infos zur Traube:
- Zusammen mit den Traubensorten Grasevina (Welschriesling) sowie Malvazija decken sie rund 47% der gesamten Weinanbaufläche in Kroatien ab
- Bedeutendste Rotwein Traubensorte in 🇭🇷
- Erster Rotwein, der 1961 eine geschützte geographische Herkunftsangabe erhielt (Dingac)
