Happy Spring🌷, happy National Macaron Day🇫🇷and happy International Day of Happiness😊!
And although I’ve been quiet on socials these past few weeks, I love this month and all of the incredible opportunities to celebrate — especially, Women’s History Month! 🫶💪

The changing of the seasons feels like the right time to let you know that Songbird Kitchens is also going through a bit of changing of seasons. For the next few months I will be slowing down to accommodate these changes. What that looks like, for now, is a pause on monthly menus and sticking to a limited number custom orders and dessert caterings.
I am hopeful to include pop-ups, curated events and markets again at some point :) I’ll keep you posted on the deets 🥰

Building this business from nothing for the last four years has been an incredible journey and a true highlight of my life. As I navigate what this next season looks like for this Songbird, I am, and I can’t stress this enough, SO GRATEFUL for you and your support of this dream turned reality!

Last week was incredibly full of hard work, creativity and lots of LOVE! One of the highlights of the week was partnering up again with in for a Perfect Pairing event. We served three courses table side to a full cocktail lounge last Friday night; What an honor!

THANK YOU to everyone that came out and let us add something sweet and special to your Love Day🥰 and a BIG Thank You to the amazing staff and Mixoligists at — you all were incredible to work with, as always!☺️

We served each course with love and creative intention last week; aiming to offer a memorable and very special tasting experience💖✨

First Course: Vanilla Bean Mini Pavlovas + Lemon & Vanilla Bean Diplomat Cream + topped with a Hibiscus & Spiced Poached Pear PAIRED WITH a Hibiscous French 75

Second Course: Cherry + Coffee + Goat Cheese + Cocoa French Macaron PAIRED WITH Aronia Berry Old Fashioned

Third Course: Pistachio Praline Pastry Cream + Pistachio Paté Sucree + Raspberry Ganache PAIRED WITH a Raspberry + Chocolate + Espresso Martini

The whole event was 👩‍🍳😘 *chef’s kiss!

We hope to do more cocktail and dessert pairings in the future, so keep your eyes open for future announcements
