This weekend was a busy one for sure!

If you have had my cupcakes, you know what's up! If you haven't had them yet, well what are you waiting for!?

These and a few more flavors will be available at the Roadrunners' bike blessing! If you ride, come get your bike blessed and get yourself a treat while you are there!

The flavors pictured are:

Cookies and cream: a chocolate cupcake that features Ghiradelli cocoa powder and Black Rifle Coffee, topped with chocolate ganache and frosted with a cookies and cream buttercream.

Chocolate Cherry Whiskey: a chocolate cupcake featuring Ghiradelli cocoa powder and Black Rifle coffee, topped with a chocolate cherry whiskey cream/cherry preserve ganache, frosted with a chocolate cherry whiskey cream buttercream and ganished with dried cherries

Almond Joy: a chocolate cupcake featuring Ghiradelli cocoa powder and Black Rifle coffee, topped with a chocolate coconut ganache, frosted with a coconut buttercream, and garnished with chopped almonds, coconut flake and a Ghiradelli chocolate drizzle.

Pina Colada: a pineapple yellow cake topped with a pineapple rum/coconut buttercream and garnished with a maraschino cherry and pineapple.

Limoncello: a lemon cake drizzled with a limoncello syrup, frosted with a limoncello buttercream and garnished with lemon.

Blackberry bourbon: a light bourbon cake featuring Angel's Envy bourbon, filled with a blackberry/bourbon/mint filling, frosted with a bourbon buttercream and garnished with a blackberry.

Banana caramel: a banana bread cupcake filled with a homemade dulce de leche style caramel with hints of vanilla and sea salt, frosted with a vanilla buttercream and garnished with a banana slice.

Cherry limeade: a white cake drizzled with lime Jello, frosted with a cherry buttercream and garnished with a maraschino cherry and lime.

I have a few additional flavors to complete, but I can tell you, you will want to get your hands on these!🤤🤤

Can I just tell you all about this unassuming looking cupcake? When I say the picture doesn't do the flavor justice I am not joking!

Chocolate cupcake, chocolate cherry whiskey cream ganache (enhanced with cherry preserves) and chocolate cherry whiskey cream buttercream.

Absolutely drool-worthy! This is just one of the flavors I am working on that will be at my next event! Stay tuned for more new flavors coming up!

When you make your own bomb ass birthday treat, you play with flavors!

I finally took the opportunity to make the Strawberry Dubai Chocolaye cupcake! It is a chocolate cupcake, filled with strawberry compote, layered with pistachio/tahini/kaitaffi, and frosted with chocolate buttercream🤤.

I also made a trusty standby Banana Bavarian cream. Banana cupcake filled with Bavarian banana cream and frosted with cream cheese/whipped cream frosting! It is going to be a tasty night!!

Hot chocolate mini cheesecakes with a marshmallow buttercream, marshmallow bits and a dusting of hot cocoa powder. 🤤🤤

Some of the flavors for the weekend!

Cranberry orange is a white cake with a homemade orange curd and a cranberry buttercream. I also made some with cranberry liquer in the buttercream. They are garnished with orange and dried cranberries.

Chocolate candy cane is a chocolate cupcake with peppermint chocolate ganache and a peppermint chocolate ganache. Some are made with a chocolate peppermint liquer. They are garnished with crushed candy canes.

Almond amaretto are an almond cupcake with a white chocolate amaretto ganache filling and almond buttercream frosting garnished with sliced almond pieces.

Not pictured here is Blackberry bourbon smash. It is a bourbon cupcake filled with a blackberry bourbon mint filling and frosted with a bourbon vanilla buttercream.
