May is Celiac Awareness Month!

Celiac disease is the reason our family started Eating Gluten Free and the EGF Bakery + Market. Our family members were diagnosed before there was a gluten-free section at the grocery store and before "protein style" was something you could ask for at a restaurant.

We are proud to be a part of this community, and we are grateful for the chance to share what we know, both in knowledge and in experience. Follow along with us this month as we share our resources, products, and support. 💚
