About Us
We prepare basic, tasty meals to keep you on track for your fitness goals. The idea behind meal prep is to provide fuel for the body, while saving you time in having to do your own prep. You choose the proteins and sides according to your dietary goals, we will weigh, prepare, portion and deliver it to you!
Simply select from the menu and send us a message with your order. The minimum order requirement is $75, no additional delivery fee. We do prep twice weekly, contact us to find out the next delivery day.
Having a background in the food and beverage industry, we have the knowledge and insight to provide quality food, while adhering to the principles of food safety.
For body builders, contact us with your intake requirements, we can make a menu and special pricing for bulk protein orders.
