I would love to do popups again, but I’m still searching for a location that would let me set up a table inside for a couple hours with my Asian/pacific baked goods and snacks.

I unfortunately don’t have time to dedicate to a farmer’s market at this time, so popups would be the best for now.

A friendly business or location that will allow me to do a mini popup inside for 2-3 hours at max. I would just bring a table covered in a bamboo tablecloth with fake banana leaves and shelves for my product, no canopy necessary! I could also come as Princess Moana for families! 🫶

Where have I been? 🤗

Life’s a journey!

I’m so thankful that I was finally able to retire from my formal career early, to spend time with my family, and start working on our homestead. It’s a brand new house on some really old land, so there has been a lot of work that needs to be done (and done often.) I’ve been spending so much needed time with my family, even visiting relatives for extended periods out of state. ☺️💕

I plan to continue Pinay Queen, my Asian/Pacific Micro Bakery here and there with popups! Providing options for vegan friendly, gluten free, and even savory snacks. So stay tuned!

Person: “Sorry, no . . . I’m actually vegan.”
Me: “I have many options that are naturally vegan!”

Me: “Hi! Would you like to try a sample?”
Person: “Sorry, no . . . I’m more of a savory kinda person.”
Me (before): “Oh, okay! Sorry about that.”

NOW:

I’m no longer sorry about that! BECAUSE I’ve been working on some SAVORY SNACKS that I know YOU’LL LOVE!!!! 😍😍😍

I’ve been thinking about easing my way back into things with a small solo popup for pickup during the holiday season.

Would anyone be interested in coming to one?

I’ll have the usual favorites such as Bibingkang Malagkit, Biscocho, Polvoron, and Banana Turon, but also some new items like Hawaiian Banana Bread, Hawaiian butter mochi, savory Garlic Biscocho, Hawaiian Furikake Chex Mix, and Hot Honey Wasabi Chex Mix!
