We will have a small run of 100% grass fed and finished beef available in September 2026. No grain, just all the grass they want. A deposit of half down is required to hold your spot. Cut sheets will be available for a whole and half. Quarter shares will be boneless cuts only. We will deliver your order anywhere up to 300 miles from our location in Richmond, KY. A $75 delivery fee does apply.

An ole cowboy once said if you are lucky in life. You'll have a good wife, a good horse, and a good dog. Well, I guess that means I'm lucky. Roxanne has spent the better part of three days taking care of a pile of work. I'm talking about 10-12 hours a day of very detailed logistical stuff. I don't know how we functioned before she took on a full time role with the farm.

What’s in the farm store Wednesday?
Dairy from Goode’s such as butter and pints of regular, chocolate, and strawberry milk. A variety of flavors of ice cream.
Raw dairy products such as milk, cream, cottage cheese, sour cream, and Greek yogurt.
Pork chops and sausage.
Beef ribs, shanks, bones, and fat.
Lamb brats, chops, and ground lamb.
Chicken wings and back.
Fresh eggs
Local honey

Today we are preparing to take beef and pork deliveries to Alabama. Yes, you read that correctly KY to AL. This is something we offered awhile back and several families took advantage of it. Almost 7 hours one way. Why? Because there is a demand for real meat.

What do we mean by "real" ?

Meat that's not been passed through thousands of hands in a factory setting before making it to your table.

Meat that's not been tossed around freezers for 6 months before hitting a supermarket shelf.

Meat that's not been ground from the trimmings of 1000s of livestock.

Meat from Kentucky. Not a foreign country. Carefully raised and carefully processed. With a USDA inspector on site in small family owned processing facilities. Who take pride in their work.

We are not opposed to the idea of making more of these long runs south. We've just got to group 4-5 orders together where we will meet you in a mutual location for pickup. Well run all the way to the coast.

So, if that's something you are interested in and you live south of Kentucky. Let's talk. Let's figure it out. Some places we would be interested in doing a drop like this would be.

Here's what we are offering. Transportation included.

Half beef - $2800- 240 pounds of boxed beef.
Quarter beef - $1550 - 120 pounds of boxed beef

Again that is WITH TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED. You do save if you order a half.

We would be planning these routes for late August. The first person to order is the first route we start working on.

We are booking into August 2026 on shares of beef and pork. Which means we only have availability left for August - End of November/Early December.
