6 weeks sure does fly by! We are so proud to work with such incredible companies, making space for local entrepreneurs to collaborate and tackle challenges alongside like-minded business owners.

Last week we had the opportunity to host the Pulaski County High School Culinary Arts students at Hatch, where they got the chance to have lunch & chat with Henry of , tour our facilities, and meet a few other small business owners as they worked in the kitchen (thanks for the impromptu chats Keith and Bill !) 💫

The head of the Culinary Arts Department, Laura Norris, has been bringing her students to Richmond since 2014 for an immersive field trip. The purpose is to expose her students to restaurants/small business experiences they can’t get locally; reminding us just how lucky we are to live in a city with such an independent, vibrant culinary scene.

We are always thrilled to be a sponsor of the biannual Virginia Food and Beverage Expo ✨ and we had SUCH an amazing time seeing some of the region’s best and brightest there yesterday!

Beyond members and clients who exhibited on their own, we also had an *incubator* area, which included 7 of our fantastic kitchen members.
