Nj's Garden Sharing ideas in and out of the garden Years ago I became aware of the importance of eliminating (as much as possible) refined processed foods from my diet.

So I began cooking with whole fresh ingredients. Moving to Central VA 12+ yrs. ago thinking how nice it would be to live in a more temperate local, closer to southern farms with fresh ripe produce, I became aware of the lack of truly ripe produce, thus the beginnings of my humble backyard project .. An organic veg / herb / perennial garden. This garden began slow & small providing for my family an

d to my surprise has become popular with friends and others not only providing fresh herbs for culinary use, but pleasing arrangements to give as gifts that could be used later in cooking.

2010 brought the expansion of expertly planned Individualized “What-Ever-the-Occasion Gardens”. 2011 will bring another expansion, web-site, and brochure and …….. All plants are propagated & raised organically at Nj’s
