Hope you are all doing well! Apologies for the late update on where we’re at!

We will not be opening any further. I appreciate each and everyone of you and am excited to walk into this new chapter.

Reminder! I will still be doing To-go tea kits, with the same spirit & truth flavors you love! I will have the menus and order links prepared for next week!!

After much prayer, reflection, and honest conversations, I’ve made the decision to close the physical Spirit & Truth Nutrition Club location.

This space has held so many beautiful moments, growth, community, laughter, hard lessons, and so much love. I’m incredibly grateful for every person who walked through those doors, supported a dream, and believed in what Spirit & Truth stands for.

While this chapter is closing, Spirit & Truth is not going away. 🤍
We’re transitioning into a more flexible season — continuing through pop-ups, mobile tea events, wellness meetups, and to-go options. This shift allows me to move forward with strength, wisdom, and a renewed focus on serving our community in new ways.

Over the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sharing final studio hours, specials, and ways to stay connected as we make this transition together. Thank you for the grace, encouragement, and support you’ve shown me and my family — it truly means more than you know.

This isn’t an ending… it’s a redirection. 🌿

Im doing the best I can to be open and serve each of you.

My pipes are not staying thawed and have refrozen. With that being said I’m not able to clean, wash or serve drinks atm!

I’m going ahead and not opening until next week, the weather is supposed to be warmer and hopefully we won’t have anymore hinderances!

I appreciate all of your alls patience and can’t wait to get back to serving you all again!
