This rub has a little bit of everything to take your pork/ribs to the next level! We’ve been developing it for a while now and in the testing stages! We traveled on over to East Bernard this weekend to cook the Austin Matura Scholarship Fund Cookoff! Had a decent cook we felt and didn’t leave completely empty handed. At the end of the day we came home with

27th Chicken (flew the coop) thought it was 🔥lol
16th Rib (Needed a little more pop)
10th Brisket (Rosewood from Chopping Block)

12th Overall out of 40-50 teams (not sure)

Brought home some hardware and got a little money back!

Congratulations to LGO Cookers on their GC and to AMP Cookers on their RGC! Also everyone else who heard their name!

We went to Seguin, Tx this weekend to compete against 139 of the best teams in CBA! Weather wasn’t in our side as it was cold and very windy but we made it work! We thought we had a pretty good cook but at the end of the day the judges were all over the place. Ended up 64th overall out of 139 teams. All good, great experience and we will be back next year with a new approach. Special shout out to David Wauson and Kim Wauson for coming along to support, sponsor, and help with everything! We appreciate y’all very much! Also, to my wife Kaitlynn Fisher for putting up with me during cookoffs and always supporting me in this hobby I love, thank you!
