We currently have fresh extra-long English cucumbers available for local restaurants and grocery stores.
Grown in Ridgefield- fresh-harvested, crisp, clean, thin-skinned cucumbers grown locally, so they work especially well anywhere the cucumber is served fresh or needs to look good on the plate: salads, sandwiches, chilled plates, sauces, pickles, garnishes, catering trays, seafood dishes, cocktails, and seasonal specials.
We are looking to see whether a direct local source would be useful when you want fresher product, better appearance, stronger raw quality, or a local feature for the menu.
