That glaze though 😮‍🔥🔥

These ribs had their moment in the recipe video… but they deserve a second spotlight 😏

We started with a generous rub of Rudy’s Boomshakalaka seasoning—bringing that bold, smoky flavor—then slow-cooked them till they were fall-off-the-bone tender. Finished them off with a glaze of Rudy’s Scotch Bonnet Surprise jelly for that signature sweet heat 🤤

Crispy roasted potatoes + fresh broccoli on the side and this plate didn’t stand a chance.
