Traditional Northern Thai coconut curry noodle soup made with red curry paste, turmeric, creamy coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, and spices. Served with tender beef, egg noodles, crispy fried noodles, pickled mustard greens, red onion, and fresh lime.

Ingredients:
Red curry paste, turmeric, coconut milk, fish sauce, palm sugar, and salt.
