¡Feliz Día del Chef a nuestra querida Chef Susana Rodriguez! ❤️🔥👩🏻🍳
Este año se ha convertido en uno de los más ocupados, y ay días en los que ha sido responsable de la cena de más de 1,500 invitados en un solo día. ¡Y eso no es cualquier cosa cuando también está a cargo de diferentes menús, un equipo de más de 40 personas y mucho más!
Además de ser una gran chef, algo que realmente la distingue es su visión. Ya sea buscando nuevas maneras de hacer crecer su negocio o mejorando los procesos de Salsas, Mole y Más, siempre está pensando en el futuro y encontrando maneras de hacer las cosas mejor.
Su dedicación, creatividad y pasión por lo que hace son solo algunas de las cualidades que la hacen única. ¡Nos llena de orgullo celebrarla hoy y reconocer todo lo que sigue construyendo! ❤️

This year has turned out to be one of our busiest yet, with some days requiring her to feed more than 1,500 guests in a single day. That’s no small feat when you’re managing multiple menus, a team of over 40 people, and so much more!
As incredible of a chef as she is, what truly sets her apart is her vision. Whether she’s finding new ways to grow her business or streamlining operations at Salsas, Mole y Más, she’s always thinking ahead and finding ways to make things better.
