Tracy A. Dempsey, Chef Food has always been a big part of my life, I used to say "I live to eat". Now I am eating to live, making better meal choices and feeling great!

My culinary training began in junior high, back when home economic was still taught in public schools. I enjoyed cooking for family and friends and have the gift of hospitality. My gift lead me to lead the ministry of hospitality at church, planning refreshments for the congregation each week. I also planned and cater fundraising dinner events for up to 300 guests. I continued my culinary training

locally, in Riverside, California, at the Riverside City College, Culinary Academy. While attending the academy, I worked for a local caterer to gain hands-on experience of the industry and started to journal what worked and what did not. I have learned that excellence is in the details. I worked briefly for Nordstrom in their Café; this is where I truly learned the standard of quality; excellence and customer service.
