So very grateful that Diode walked away from the property on Key Ranch Road. This wasn't just about Triple N Winery and Vineyard or our working Texas Longhorn ranch.
It's about everyone who depends on Cedar Creek Lake for drinking water, recreation, agriculture, tourism, and their quality of life.
Our ranch, vineyard, and winery simply happen to be directly across the road from what was the proposed hyperscale data center, so we saw firsthand what this could mean.
This wasn't about stopping progress. It's about protecting the natural resources and communities that make Texas worth living in.
We are not anti-AI.
We are pro-Texas.
We are pro-water.
We are pro-agriculture.
We are pro-the Texas wine industry.
We are pro-ranching.
We are pro-livestock-especially the Texas longhorns
We are pro-responsible economic development.
We simply believe that no technology is more valuable than the water that sustains the people of Texas.
Texas has always been defined by three things:
