sourdough is made with 4 ingredients; flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast. So many commercial breads and pastries (maybe even your favorite) are full of preservatives and unhealthy things like titanium dioxide, and potassium bromate. These products are linked to many health problems and are banned in other countries. We bake fresh sourdough on Friday and Saturday. You can also pick up a frozen loaf for half price on Wednesday and Thursday.
