Driftless Drummer | Wet Hop IPA
Wet Hop IPA coming in at 6.5% ABV with krush and nelson sauvin cold pressed juice hop.

A collaboration beer with Driftless Chapter - Ruffed Grouse Society - RGS.
Somewhere in the Driftless Area, a ruffed grouse is currently exploding out of the woods like a feathery confetti cannon, startling an unsuspecting hiker into a spiritual awakening.

The sale of this beer supports conservation projects across the Driftless area, including the implementation of a ruffed grouse conservation plan on the Whitewater Wildlife Management Area. Volunteers with the Driftless Chapter of the Ruffed Grouse Society are helping create healthier forests, healthier wildlife populations, and generally more excellent woodland weirdness. European Tradition Meets American Soil: Edel-Pils is Here! 🍻

We teamed up with our friends at and for a truly special collaboration. Introducing Edel-Pils, a crisp, 5% ABV North German-style Pilsner brewed with 100% American-grown ingredients!

This bitter, hoppy pilsner is our homage to the classic, clean lagers of Northern Germany. We sourced top-tier domestic ingredients to give it a unique local twist:

The result? A beautifully bright, traditional German-style pilsner with a firm, satisfying bitterness and a clean, snappy finish. It's the ultimate brewer's beer—unfussy, perfectly executed, and incredibly refreshing.
