European Tradition Meets American Soil: Edel-Pils is Here! 🍻

We teamed up with our friends at and for a truly special collaboration. Introducing Edel-Pils, a crisp, 5% ABV North German-style Pilsner brewed with 100% American-grown ingredients!

This bitter, hoppy pilsner is our homage to the classic, clean lagers of Northern Germany. We sourced top-tier domestic ingredients to give it a unique local twist:

🏔️ Yacht Rock Pilsner malt from Troubadour Malting in Colorado

🌲 Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms in Oregon

The result? A beautifully bright, traditional German-style pilsner with a firm, satisfying bitterness and a clean, snappy finish. It's the ultimate brewer's beer—unfussy, perfectly executed, and incredibly refreshing.

We teamed up with our forever friends at .se all the way from Helsingborg, Sweden, to bring you a collaboration that is truly out of this world. Say hello to Orbital Oasis, an 8% ABV, hop-saturated New Zealand Double IPA!

We pulled out all the stops for this one, layering a soft, pillowy base of barley, white wheat, and oats. Then, we hit it with deliberate, massive doses of premium New Zealand hops at every single stage of the brewing process.

The result? A hyper-focused, incredibly lush DIPA that will have you feeling like vibrant, tropical hops are literally orbiting your head. It’s smooth, hazy, intensely aromatic, and dangerously drinkable.
