Weekly Updates! - PLEASE READ!!!

Hi everyone! I have been moving and shaking lately. I know a lot of you are sad I haven’t been around much. Tomorrow I am going to make every effort to be outside in the shed or with the animals so I can see as many of you as I can! PROMISE! Next weekend on Saturday Chris and I both with be at the downtown farmers market.

This week coming is our first crazy week of Farmers Market Season. Below is our schedule starting this weekend through to next weekend.

Schedule:
Saturday (Jun 5) - Farm Open 1-4pm
Sunday (Jun 6) - Farm Open 1-4pm
Thursday (Jun 11) - Farmers Market at Fairground 3-7pm
Saturday (Jun 13) - Farmers Market Downtown 8-12:30 & Farm Open 1-4pm
Sunday (Jun 14) - Farm Open 1-4pm

We are picking up beef this coming week.
Next processing date is 6/30.

Chickens processing date is 7/27. We will be getting them all cut. We have plenty of whole currently.

This week and coming I want to blow out roasts! All roasts will be 15% off! Come out and see us and get those freezers stocked while they are on sale!

Weekly Updates 5/11-5/17 - PLEASE READ

On sale this week are our Sirloin Tip steaks normally priced at $12.50/lb on sale this week for $11.50/lb.

Schedule:

Thursday 5/14 we will be at the IL Products Expo Farmers Market at the Fairgrounds (The Shed) from 3-7:30.

Saturday 5/16 Farm is open 1-4
Sunday 5/17 Farm is open 1-4

Important Updates:
Baby chicks arrive this week! We have 300 little bundles of joy which will be in the polebarn with us on display! Come out and see the babies and fill your freezers!

We will not be doing fresh never frozen turkeys this year. Our processor can not get us in for our processing the week of Thanksgiving. Now this doesn’t mean we can’t do turkeys it just means we will process a week early and have to freeze them and you will have to thaw them. I need your input. We can scratch turkeys for 2026 or we can process a week early. Totally up to you guys.

Ayers Farms is going to be offering pork soon! Be on the lookout for our pork launch! Ideally I would like to have product before the end of the month!

New hamburger flavors being added!!!! Garlic Parmesan, Bacon Cheddar, and Feta Spinach. I should have these by the end of the month as well!

Sirloin Tip Steak is a lean and flavorful cut of steak cut near the sirloin on on the leg also known as the knuckle. Our steaks are thick cut at 1.25" thick...

Welcome to the Farm little one. ALSO - if you see a white chicken on our farm with scabs and looks as if she was mauled. She was, by our roosters. She’s on the mend, but looks ugly, but she’s healing! I think she startled some yesterday.
