One year ago this month, I took a leap and I started advertising my custom cookies. I had no idea what to expect. I was nervous to accept orders, worried that I wouldn't get any, and hoped I could meet everyone's expectations.
Now, one year later, I am beyond grateful for how much this little business has grown. Seeing my calendar fill up months in advance is something I never imagined. I never thought I'd have to tell people, "I'm so sorry, I'm fully booked!"
This July has been my busiest month yet—23 dozen cookies in just three weeks—and while it was a lot of work, and little sleep I did it! 🤍
None of this would be possible without the incredible support of my customers, family, and friends. Every order, share, recommendation, and kind word has helped make this dream a reality, and I truly can't thank you all enough.
A special thank you to my mama for being my little assistant this past month. 🥹❤️ And, of course, to my wife, who always talks me through my color-matching meltdowns and reminds me that everything will turn out just fine. 😂 It really does take a village.
