For future consideration, does anyone know of a restaurant owner in Monroe County, who's perhaps closed a couple days a week, that would be willing to rent out the use of his/her commercial kitchen a couple times a year? As we contemplate also doing events in Monroe County in the future, they say I must have a "commercial" kitchen in this County. Please have them contact me here. Thanks friends!
