We are a group of people dedicated to smoking and grilling great barbecue in the comfort of our own backyard. We want to compete in competitions and we want to be the best in not only the Quad Cities but the whole mid-west. We are starting with small backyard competitions among friends if anyone is interested in hosting. We want to compete on the last Sunday of the month if the weather allows.
