Hey guys just wanted to let you know we are so busy trying to rebuild our inventory of pasta now with FRESH MILLED FLOUR. Please be patient with me 💕😬

I will admit I underestimated having to mill flour for the pasta, I sift it a minimum of 3 times to get flour fine enough for your pasta. But it’s so worth it!!!

Plus my wheat berry delivery arrived just as summer break started!! So being at home full time with my two girls, now milling flour for your pasta, has set me back just a bit.

Also tons of messages, texts, and emails I have to get back to!!! I have been blessed with such an amazing opportunity these last two months, I’m just learning how to balance it all!!

So please be patient with me as we navigate this journey together !!!!. Love you all so very much, and i can’t thank you all enough for your support, it means the most to me 🥰🥰🥰🥰

The making of the flour is a humbling process. For my pasta I have to sift the flour twice to get a fine enough flour for the pasta dough.

It’s a fresh and delicious pasta, one that I have been working very hard to achieve. I truly hope that everyone will enjoy a rich wholesome hearty pasta that’s actually good for you.
