Madi is switching things up a bit!
I have had a wild year in my small business and I couldn’t be more happy, grateful and excited with how things are going.
With opening a mini cafe and launching a food truck I have been so busy it’s unbelievable. On top of those exciting new things, I have still been doing large events that are super time consuming.
After a lot of thought and consideration, Zack and I have decided to start next year a little bit different.
At the beginning of next year we are rerouting our catering business. Instead of doing large catering, we are scaling it back a bit and we are only doing grazing tables. This will give us time to focus more on the snack shack and the mobile kitchen.
With all these big catering events we haven’t been able to get out on the food truck as much as we would like to. With switching things around like this it will give us more opportunity to expand the store and trailer the right way.
So with that being said we will finish this year strong! We will fulfill all caters that we have already booked and start fresh next year.
