HELP WANTED: Event & Food Trailer Crew (BBQ Catering) — DMV Area
Starting Pay: $17/hour

Sides BBQ & Catering is hiring an agile, reliable team member (male or female) to work local DMV events, outdoor festivals, and food trailer service.

Pay:
• $17/hour to start
• Evaluation after the 1st month (opportunity for increase based on performance)

Requirements:
• Punctual and dependable
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation (vehicle) to get to local events in the DMV
• Restaurant experience preferred
• BBQ experience a plus (grilling and/or smoking)

Job duties:
• Work on our food trailer and at outdoor events
• Cooking and assisting with service
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized kitchen/trailer
• Working around deep fryers and a BBQ smoker
• Team-player mindset: help wherever needed
