Splash of milk
Handful of frozen 🫐
1 egg
1/2 tsp sugar

Cook in a little 🧈 and enjoy 😉 😋

Good morning 🌞

Protein blueberry pancake for me, omelet for him 🥚

Protein pancake:

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cottage cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 tsp sugar
Splash of milk
Handful of frozen 🫐

Mix together, fry in a little butter or olive oil spray.

One thing I've been trying to perfect over the last couple of years is biscuits!!

My takeaways:

-- use salted butter

-- butter from the freezer makes for a fluffier biscuit

-- buttermilk is not required (just add a tbsp of vinegar to regular milk)

-- do not over mix the batter

-- I absolutely love my stainless steel biscuit cutters
