As we wait for our next batch of beef to be processed and our freezers to be restocked this coming week, we thought it would be the perfect time to share our full Illinois Beef Association video!

Thank you to Brantzel's and The Greenhouse on Grand for allowing us to sell our beef at your locations! Both freezers have been freshly stocked this morning!

This past week we were honored to receive the Illinois Beef Association 2026 Commercial Producer of the Year award.

Chad and I (Stacy) are so grateful to be able to supply homegrown beef to our community and are very thankful to see our passion recognized by the Illinois Beef Association!

Being involved with the Illinois Beef Association has brought us great knowledge and relationships! Thank you to Will Andras and Kim Andras for the nomination and encouragement. We sure do love what we do and love being able to share our passion with our community and all those who made this possible!
