Well its been a while since we made a post so here goes a Spring update. May has had her first run of piglets, and Bean has gone to a great new home for a local kids 4H project!

Clearly in our winter down time fencing was more of a priority than the trailer this year lol. She's on her last legs. were planning an upgrade before years end.

And lastly as you can see, we are shipping off almost all of our Durocs to be processed this coming. Fresh pork yay!
We have been working towards moving away from the Duroc breed and forward to the Meishan's.

Could someone tell me if these could be frozen raw? The recipe says you can freeze them but it sounds like they are talking about after baking. Recipe linked for context.
