The past two days have been truly amazing
My thoughts are wow and God is amazing
I wasn’t able to record any footage, but a few viewers sent me a few clips and pics
I felt so proud to be the vegan representative for cooking demonstrations at the Great food expo
Teaching others how to make plant-based meals that are budget friendly and very tasty is truly a blessing
Having people who never had vegan food or were very skeptical because of bad experiences now wanting to try more vegan food because of what I made is definitely a reward 
By the way, I made vegan hot chocolate, strawberry cheesecake parfait, Nachos, jalapeño cheddar corn cakes, and chili

This immune boosting smoothie is filled with so many nutrients to fill you up, but also relax you.

1 1/2 frozen banana
1-2 cups of nondairy milk
1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
A dash of black pepper
