Just wanted to remind everybody of my policies and I try to be understanding when it come to people's life schedules and financial situations but I have to keep it fair to everybody that I follow the policies for every sale. When it comes to animals that do not need to be weaned (geese, chickens, quail) I will not hold past the Saturday of that following weekend. If you say throughout the week you would like an animals (example Tuesday you have everyday from that Tuesday until that Saturday to pick up) or it will go to the next person in line. I try not to do Sundays but I will be lenient if it's a legitimate reason. For animals that need weaned (pigs, goats) I will hold until the weekend after the date they are weaned. If their wean date is a weekday I will hold until that Sunday obviously because I take deposits on my weaned animals. If I have a weaned animal and you say you want it but can't come look at it because of distance I would like some sort of payments before the end of that weekend. If I do not get it or you do not get back to me that weekend to discuss it I will place the animals back as available. If the animals you want are weaned before the actual wean date you will have the option for early pick up. If not they are still held till the weekend after weaned because of the commitment of your deposit. I try to work with people but after you get so many back outs, no show, or people who don't seem that interested you have to draw a line. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience but I have to put my farm and my business first. Thank you.
