Reserve Club Quarterly Tastings — September 19 & 20

Calling all Reserve Club Members! It's time to taste, explore, and pick your favorites for your October Club Allocation. Join us upstairs from 12pm – 5pm on September 19 or 20 to taste through our current lineup, plus anything you'd like to explore from the Library — a perfect chance to revisit past vintages and discover something new before you make your selections. This exclusive tasting is reserved just for you, our Reserve Club Members, so take your time, ask questions, and find the wines that speak to you.

Reservations are required — grab your spot for the 19th or 20th today. We can't wait to pour for you!

Sip & Shuck is Back!

Mark your calendars for September 12th from 12pm – 5pm for one of our favorite annual events of the season!

🦪 Black Tie Oysters will be on-site shucking up fresh oysters all afternoon — briny, cold, and absolutely perfect
🥂 Pair them with a glass of our Sauvignon Blanc or Blanc de Blancs for the ultimate combo (trust us on this one)
🎶 Live music from Thrace, performing in the pavilion from 1pm – 4pm

Grab a seat, order a dozen (or two), and let the good wine and good tunes roll all afternoon. Reservations aren't required, but we highly recommend snagging one — this day tends to fill up fast!

Heads up, wine lovers! We'll be closing a little early on Saturday, August 29 to host a private event. Keep reading for details:

Indoor tasting room & kitchen will close at 5:00 PM. Our pavilion bar will stay open until 7:00 PM with a last call at 6:45 PM
All guests are welcome to enjoy the front lawn — please note the deck and indoor spaces will be reserved for our private event that evening.

Harvest is officially underway at Williams Gap Vineyard! We pressed our first fruit of the season this week — Chardonnay destined for our 2026 Blanc de Blancs. Watching those grapes go from vine to press never gets old. We’re seeing beautiful natural acidity and clean juice off the press, exactly the foundation we want for a méthode traditionnelle base wine. Careful, gentle pressing to preserve delicacy, followed by cool fermentation to lock in that bright fruit character — the early building blocks of the bubbles you’ll be sipping down the road. There’s nothing quite like that first crush smell hitting the winery. Cheers to the start of harvest season! 🥂
