I offer nutrition consulting, personal and group training, shopping tours and mostly accountability! My goal is to help you unwrap your health and fitness goals together. Kinda looks like a Santa parade. It’s put Christmas away day at my house. I love setting out Christmas but I love putting it away as well. It’s kinda cleansing as after a while it’s clutter?!?!? Is that just me???? But hold on. Putting Christmas away for me is usually quiet (because no one else wants to put it away so they all scoot). It’s also a time to reflect on Christmas pasts through things like my Santas. Since 1991 my husband and my son (after 1998) gifted me a Christmas Santa. It’s a special tradition I’m so thankful for. I’d love to hear some of your Christmas traditions.

Carrot Dogs and sautéed brussel sprouts. People say to me. “Your diet must be so limited because you don’t eat meat.” Really? I guess I’ll have to take more pictures of my food. It’s hard to capture the beauty of this place. I’m in awe every time I look up down sideways and behind. Gods beauty is everywhere. I’m so blessed to experience His majesty. Yesterday’s hike window view Big Bend National Park.

P. S. What are your essentials when you travel? Do you include exercise equipment? If not may I suggest exercise bands or trx! They are easy to pack and a quick way to get a little workout when your away from you regular routine or gym.
Don’t fall behind when your on vacation or traveling. Incorporate a little each day. Even “10’ish minutes with Laurie” helps keep you in shape when your away and not feeling like you’re starting over when you return!!!!

Do you know the benefits of exercise? Mental health has proven to improve with physical exercise. Strength exercises (body weight or dumbbells) improve bone health. Besides the community impact of working out with friends (zoom counts because we workout together). AND sooooo much more. You FEEL better!!!! Stronger!!!! More energy!!!!
