Thank you for all that supported me at the Oakland County Market. I had fun and learned a lot.

I will continue to do homemade pastries once every month using hotplate platform. It’s a subscription based and all you do is provide a phone number. When I create an event that info will be texted you when/where/whats inside each pastry box drop.

Croissants ready for twice baked croissants!
I’m going to prep up almond and chocolate syrup along with Frangipane and Chocolate custard. Let’s see how it turns out tomorrow!

These will be available at Oakland County Farmers Market Saturday March 16 we here til 1:30pm along with other goodies!

My point is that all it takes practice and patience and it will get there one day. I started with one recipe but was exploring other recipes and on macaron forums and groups that provides tips and tricks.
