Pulled pork plates today at the Bowman park at 7 pm . Served with macaroni and cheese casserole and collard greens. Im also holding a raffle drawing there and tickets are sold until time of the drawing. Ill be on site about 6:30.

Meat sweats anyone ? Love a good brisket.

I'm trying to keep good prices even with meat and materials being so expensive. Pricing for Saturdays bowman festival will be as follows

Brisket - $30 per pound
Ribs- $ whole rack is $30 half rack is $18 or $10 per pound.
Chicken quarters - $7 per quarter .

SPECIAL- 1/2 lb brisket , 1/2 lb ribs , 1 leg quarter for $22

If I manage to do pulled pork it will be $10 per pound.

Blueboy's BBQ will be at the bowman spring festival at the bowman park Saturday. We'll start serving around 10 or 11 am that day. Brisket , ribs, chicken and possibly pulled pork. Yall stop on by. We'll also have sweets and treats by Chelsea along side of me for all your sweet tooth cravings !

Meet the man behind the bbq. Hi. I'm Austin. I started this business with nothing but a love for serving people amazing bbq. This area doesn't have truly good bbq and I want to introduce everyone to it. I'll be popping up around hart , Franklin and elbert county with a pull behind smoker . I'll also be coming to most events and festivals. We have done and still do catering to any and all events . I look forward to serving yall bbq made in the best way possible.
