🦃 A&J Homestead Turkey Update! 🦃
We owe y’all an apology… 😅 We know we haven’t been updating everyone nearly as often as we should!
But between these Texas heat waves 🌡️🔥 and trying to keep ALL of our animals safe, cool, hydrated, and comfortable, we’ve been running around like crazy! When you have a homestead, sometimes social media has to take a back seat to making sure the animals come first. ❤️
That being said… LOOK AT THESE TURKEYS! 🦃😍
They are growing like WEEDS and starting to really show off their personalities! Every time we walk into their area, they’ve got something new going on. 😂 From the curious faces and goofy expressions to the beautiful feathers, these guys have definitely become some of our favorite characters here at A&J Homesteads.
We’ve been doing everything we can during this heat — fresh, cool water, shade, airflow, and plenty of attention to make sure everyone is handling these temperatures as safely as possible. ☀️💦
We promise we’ll try to do a better job keeping y’all updated! There’s a LOT happening around the homestead, and we can’t wait to share more of it with you.
So tell us… 👇
🦃 Which turkey is your favorite?
😂 Who has the funniest face?
❤️ And who else thinks these birds are absolutely gorgeous?!
Make sure you LIKE, SHARE & FOLLOW A&J Homestead because there’s plenty more homestead chaos coming your way! 🌱🐓🐐🦃
