Thank you Logan Aluminum Inc. For inviting us to be part of Logan Fest!

What an amazing experience! We spent days preparing for this and learned a lot in the process. It's always a guess when we go to events and don't know how much to prepare or what items will be popular. We showed up with the smoker loaded down. 14 pork shoulders, 4 Briskets, 35 Racks of Ribs, 40 pounds of chicken, 300 wings, 150 smoked sausages, 2 cases of Lemons for our lemonades, enough ingredients to make about 10 gallons of each of our sides!

The team hustled! We all worked together! Customers were patient when we got behind during a big rush! There are things we can improve and were always looking to identify those and work on solutions for next time, but it couldn't have gone better!

We're all exhausted today but so thankful to Logan Aluminum for the opportunity, thankful for the LAI team members and contractors that chose to spend their meal ticket with us, and thankful to our team for their hard work!

We're working hard tonight preparing for Loganfest at Logan Aluminum tomorrow. We're excited and grateful to feed the hard working teams tomorrow.

We're pulling up with Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, and a full menu of BBQ greatness!

4 large Briskets and 10 pork shoulders just got wrapped for their heated overnight rest. The team will work through the night keeping our blend of Hickory and Oak on the firebox. The rest of the room in the smoker will be covered in racks of ribs around 3am. Those will get wrapped and stacked for the chicken and shorter cook items to go on in the morning!
