Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th! We are cracking open our window from 10 AM to 1 PM for the PCAPP Fall Swap at Green Thumb Nursery. It is going to be oppressively hot, but this awesome event is enough to make me want to get outside.

The Pope County Area Plant People fall plant swap starts on the lawn at 10 AM, and Green Thumb Nursery opens its doors at 12:30 PM. Come out, support the swap, shop the nursery, and beat the heat with our Smoked Sausage Weekend menu!

On the Menu:
Sausage Dog for $8 (Hickory Smoked Beef, Cheesy Southwest, or Vegan Apple Sage)
Make it a Combo for $12 with a cold drink, coleslaw, and chips
Toppings: Grilled Onions & Peppers, Coleslaw, Mustard, BBQ Sauce, Cheese

Desserts: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Vegan Oatmeal Cookies and S'Mores Pie(Rich chocolate custard in a graham cracker crust, topped with toasted marshmallow)
Our buns, sides, and toppings are 100% vegan-friendly.

Grab a giant water bottle to stay hydrated and come spend the morning with the community. See you on the front lawn at 4001 W. Main St, Russellville!

Okay, they’re not exactly glamorous sparkling AI generated photos 😂 but the food is homemade and custom ordered.
Did you know these are oven-ready, toaster-oven friendly, and can be frozen for later?

Smokin Pi will be taking a little break from regular food truck service until Labor Day! 🇺🇸🔥
But don’t disappear on me just yet! 👀 I may throw in a few random pop-ups, Taco Tuesdays, and other surprises along the way. 🌮

I was thinking... every time I visit another food truck, and we support a lot of food trucks, it's usually 2 or 3 people in there. Family, friends, somebody helping out. That's honestly the norm.
Then I get back to my truck and remember I'm really in here doing all 8 dishes and sides solo on top of cleaning, admin and shopping. 😂 no wonder I’m stressed sometimes.
It made me realize solo food truck life isn't as common as I thought. So shoutout to everybody out there holding it down by themselves—I see y'all.
And shoutout to the ones with family and friends in the truck too. That's a blessing.
