I bet we asked each other 20 times what we were thinking showing in the heat yesterday…Miserable doesn’t even scratch the surface. Stephen started our (very early) morning under the truck fixing light connections, after the working trailer lights went totally out while loading the last goat on. An hour of checking fuses, grounding wires, etc. and we were finally lit and rolling. Once there, we completely missed pee-wee showmanship(sorry, baby! Momma should have been watching closer and they started early), so Waylon didn’t get to show his beloved Juni. We didn’t get any big ribbons but our does all placed well in their classes and I was happy with how they did in the heat. Pictures like these are reminders of why we love doing this 🩵
