✨ LOCALS (Russellville, Ohio) ✨

We are looking for people to add to our team for packing / shipping our meats to families all across the U.S. 🇺🇸

We ship every Monday & Tuesday, 7:30 am - 4 pm (sometimes ending a little earlier on Tuesday). As we grow, we may add more hours on Wednesday as well.

You must have reliable transportation and be on time. The environment is fun but the job is fast paced, you’ll need to have great attention to detail, and you must be able to stand on your feet all day long and lift 40-50 lbs easily.

The USDA has no legal definition for "humanely raised." None. Any brand can print it on a package with zero inspection or verification. That's not your fault — you are doing exactly what you're supposed to do: reading the label and trying to make the right call. The system just never gave you a word that was required to mean what you thought it meant.

So let me tell you what it actually looks like here. Our chickens go outside every single day onto a brand new section of pasture — not the same patch of dirt they were born on. No overcrowding. No artificial light to make them grow faster. No shortcuts based on stress.
