JUNE EVENTS šŸ“¢

After a pretty slow start to the season, and nothing else booked in May, it feels good to finally have the calendar filling up a bit more this upcoming month.

Weā€™ll be set up at some of our favorite spots throughout June serving the barbecue you all have been showing so much love to lately.

Hopefully weā€™ll see some familiar faces, and new ones, out there this June šŸ«¶šŸ¼

Tomorrow is our last day at the Brimfield Antique Show.

Weā€™ll be back at 35 Palmer Rd, Brimfield, MA serving brisket and pulled pork sandwiches with a side of mac and cheese from 10ā€“4 pm (or until sold out).

This week definitely didnā€™t go exactly how we planned, but seeing people come back a second time, bring their friends over, and support us the way they have honestly means a lot. Weā€™re exhausted, but really grateful.

If youā€™ve been meaning to stop by, tomorrowā€™s your chance. Come help us sell out šŸ«¶šŸ¼

PLEASE READ:

Unfortunately, something unexpected came up this week and we will no longer be able to attend the Brimfield Antique Show every day as originally planned.

We will only be there Thursday and Saturday serving our brisket and pulled pork sandwiches at 35 Palmer Rd., Brimfield, MA.

To say weā€™re disappointed would be an understatement. Yesterday meant a lot to us. Hearing so many people come back and tell us how much they loved the food genuinely reminded us why we do this in the first place.

Weā€™re incredibly sorry to anyone who planned on stopping by during the days we wonā€™t be there. As a small business trying to balance life, work, and this food trailer dream, sometimes things happen that are simply out of our control.

But the days we ARE there, weā€™re going to do everything we can to give you the absolute best experience possible and serve food weā€™re proud of.

Thank you all for the support, patience, and kindness. We hope to see you Thursday or Saturday ā¤ļø

Weā€™ll be at the Brimfield Antique Show from Tuesday through Saturday this week from 10ā€“4 pm (or until sold out)!

You can find us at 35 Palmer Rd, Brimfield, MA.

Weā€™ll be running a limited menu:
Brisket sandwiches, pulled pork sandwiches, and mac & cheese. Simple, but delicious.

I took the week off from work for this, so Iā€™m really hoping to see everyone out there šŸ˜‚šŸ«¶šŸ¼

We will be at the Brimfield antique show the week of May 12, but we will only be serving sandwiches. Iā€™ll post our June event schedule shortly where weā€™ll have our full regular menu.

This weekendā€™s special is a little extra special to me.

Weā€™re calling it Sidoā€™s Favorite.

ā€œSidoā€ is what my kids call my father. In Arabic, especially in Palestinian families, itā€™s a word used for grandfather. And this meal is one of his favorites.

Itā€™s the kind of food I grew up on. The kind my mom and dad would make for me as a kid, and still make to this day. Simple, comforting, packed with flavor, and full of memories.

A 9 spice beef kebab, cold smoked and then seared, served over our Levantine rice with a side of Mediterranean salad. Finish it with a drizzle of our garlic yogurt sauce, if thatā€™s your thing.

Weā€™re only making a limited amount this weekend, so come early if you want to try it.

This one means a lot to us, and weā€™re really excited to share it with you.

Sunday at Lilac Hedge Farm from 12 to 5 or until sold out.

Every time more of you show up, I get a little closer to convincing myself that retiring from the corporate world and chasing the smoke full time is the move.
