20lbs of pork butts, 20lbs of brisket, 5lbs of smoked beans, 40 smoked hot dogs, 3lbs of smoked lil weenies, 5lbs of potato salad all done in just under 24 hours for 2 parties. Big shaht aht to the wife for putting up with me crashing out and helping me make things happen!

Success, with a lot of help from the wife! We smoked up some good eatin for our Multi Media Manager Eddy Henry son's birthday party yesterday, and it was a test TO SAY THE LEAST. So many curveballs, lost a tray of cheese off the back side of the rack INTO THE OVEN🤦, thought I had over smoked the shoulder because she was pretty stiff when she came off the smoker but she rested for 3 hours and pulled apart great. As you can see from the pictures, id say everyone enjoyed it! No party ribs left at all. Until the next one, thanks for the support!
