This evening has been very peaceful and fun on the farm. The piggies love the chick-nic tables 😆 🤣 Holy the sheep made an extraordinary plus tonight as she trusted me to feed her from a container, video in our story. The boys are definitely not as stinky and horn*** down where they can't smell all the girls thank goodness.

Teaching friends how to milk my beautiful goats is such an awesome gift. The Lord loves when we share our blessings with others.

October is Domestic Violence awareness month. Yes, I do support DMV recovery in everyday I can. I believe DV survivors need to be heard and loved and supported wether it be a woman, man or child, elderly. DV happens to all ages, genders and in all forms. There needs to be more compassion for the survivors and listening to understand instead of judging. People need to support the abused instead of lecturing them. If you don't understand the sister shut your mouth and just be there for them.

Mmmmm, fall smells so good. Homemade pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls, homemade chili and of course baked potatoes to top off with chili.

What a beautiful morning here on the farm. The coyotes have been coming at night so the dogs are all resting this morning in the warm sunshine.

Just picked up 150 lbs of idaho red potatoes, now the processing begins.

Do you prefer to can, hydrate or freeze potatoes for long term storage?

I do all 3 for house depending on what I'm doing. I have heard canned fries are yummy and I may try them this year.

What a beautiful day its been. We are working hard getting things ready to manage the winter cold thats on our way. Quail have been moved into a new area, our polish chickens are in their new breeding pin, and our baby pigs are getting big.
