Happy Halfway with this baby!

Life has had us on a little roller coaster lately. But I’m immensely grateful for a healthy pregnancy and a village of friends and family who have validated how full my plate is and lightened the load for me when possible.

God is in control and we have seen His goodness throughout this challenging season.

Praise the Lord my husband is on the other side of his surgery and we just have the road to recovery from here.

Also I DID in fact get heartburn after the dinner I ate after filming this 😅❤️‍🔥

Go take care of yourself, mamas! You gotta be strong for whatever life throws at you!

MAMAs, YOUR BODY IS AMAZING!!!

Your body is good and deserves to be taken care of whether or not you’re growing a human. If you birthed babies or you’re feeding babies, your body will change and that is OKAY!

Take care of your body no matter what stage of motherhood you are in, and I promise it will help you feel so much better! 🫶🏽

Jk I never have more than one a day. And I’m also trying to focus on protein, hydration, and movement to take care of myself during a very demanding time.
