If anyone is able to help out Daisy’s Dane Sanctuary is in need!
🚨 DDS MISSION RISE 🚨
A few days ago, we shared that DDS may be assisting with a large scale situation involving Great Danes. We have now received confirmation that we ARE moving forward and officially activating DDS Mission RISE.
RISE stands for:
🐾 Rescue
🐾 Intervention
🐾 Safety
🐾 Empowerment
This mission will involve the intake and emergency coordination of potentially 75+ Great Danes and we are now rapidly building teams and operational plans to prepare for dogs beginning to come in Monday.
🆘🆘🆘Right now, our biggest immediate need is a POD/storage container delivered THIS weekend so we can completely clear my garage and convert it into emergency staging space for incoming dogs. We have called everywhere we can think of and are struggling to find availability on short notice. If anyone has connections, PLEASE reach out ASAP.
We also urgently need:
🐾 Horse trailers for safe Dane transport
🐾 XL Dane kennels
🐾 Puppy pens/x-pens
🐾 Volunteers ready to mobilize quickly
🐾 Storage and staging assistance
🐾 Supply donations
📧 If you have already submitted a volunteer application with DDS, PLEASE watch your email closely. We are immediately building response teams and volunteer assignments for Mission RISE.
We have also been notified there may be medical concerns involved with some of these dogs, including 30+ puppies, so we are actively preparing for large scale intake and medical support.

Every single share, donation, kennel, trailer, volunteer, and supply matters right now. This is going to take an army…but this community has never failed these dogs before. ❤️
