Anyone else divide the year into food seasons? If so, you know it's grilling season! Fire it up this weekend with a great cut of meat and this fantastic recipe for Tri-Tip with Chimichurri sauce. It's an ideal match for our food-friendly 2018 Cucharón Red Blend from Argentina, with its blend of Malbec, Petite Verdot, and Tannat.

The tri-tip is a tender, triangular cut of beef tucked near the sirloin. There are only two per steer, so if your butcher is out, go with sirloin to accompany this chimichurri.
