First draft of our logo from almost a year ago when the pandemic first took the world by storm.
Stuck at home after being furloughed from my chef position at
one day I noticed how many people were baking sourdough and posting to social media. I wondered why isn't anyone baking pandesal?? So I learned and practiced and practiced and practiced. Giving it away to anyone who who eat it.
Gave this draft to and a movement was born.
Created an IG account and put out our first post on May 22, 2020.
Almost a year later and over 20,000 pieces of Pandesal.
The world is slowly getting back to normal and we couldn't be more grateful for all the support and success we have received.
